Background:
Completed a Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology in 2011. Transitioned towards the world of computation with a second Master’s in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, graduating in 2022 with a Master’s thesis in the Pertzlab. Since then, working as a Computer Vision Specialist in the Data Science Lab at the University of Bern.
Also a high school Teacher in Computer Science (at gymThun) and Biology, a Science Journalist, Dive Instructor and a semi-professional Photographer.
Never been paid for, but enjoying: sailing, travelling, playing football, as well as making and listening to music.
